Necessity

If any of information listed below is changed, the student must report to the immigration service or its branch office within 14 days to change the foreign registration information.

name, sex, date of birth and nationality

number, passport issued date and expiry date

name of school the student is attending (including name change)

Application Period

within 14 days from the date of change

Place of Application

Immigration (branch) office in the area where the student resides

Required Documents

Application form , Passport, Foreigner’s ID card

Documents proving the name change or change of other personal information

Certificate of attendance from the new school and a certificate of previous enrollment from the previous school
